1. Prospecting potential buyers

• Contacting potential clients (mainly from Belgium) by phone to better understand their needs.
• Selecting suitable properties that match client requirements.
• Presenting properties and scheduling viewings.

2. Assisting clients during viewings

• Accompanying an experienced sales advisor on property tours.
• Learning the process from viewings to making an offer.
• Defending offers with sellers and safeguarding client interests.
• Assisting with contracts and guiding clients through the purchase or sales process.

3. Prospecting new properties

• Learning how to actively search for new opportunities and approach potential sellers.
• Setting up prospecting strategies (e.g., farming).
• Contacting new sellers, presenting our services, and introducing the company.
• Conducting valuations and preparing sales mandates.

4. Marketing and property presentation

• Preparing properties for promotion (photos, videos, drone footage).
• Organizing open houses and presenting properties attractively.
• Writing property descriptions and setting up marketing strategies.

5. New development projects

• Presenting new developments to potential clients.
• Following up with clients interested in new-build properties.
• Collaborating with our architectural partners and supporting clients throughout the building process.
